Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta (spahetti)
  • 1 shallot (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bunch thyme, fresher
  • 200 ml cream
  • Salt and pepper, a. d. Mill
  • 250 g cherry tomato (s)
  • possibly parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente. In the meantime, cut the shallot and the clove of garlic into small cubes. Finely chop the thyme except for a few small twigs. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the shallot and garlic until translucent. Add the chopped thyme and sauté briefly. Pour the cream on top and season with salt and pepper. Let the sauce reduce a little. Halve the cocktail tomatoes and place in a bowl. Drain the spaghetti and place on the tomatoes. Pour the finished sauce over it and mix everything well. Garnish with the remaining thyme sprigs and sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan if you like.
