Ingredients
- 120 g lamb`s lettuce, cleaned
- 100 g feta cheese
- 60 g walnuts
- 3 cloves garlic
- some olive oil
- salt
- pepper

- Puree the lamb`s lettuce with walnuts, salt and pepper. Crumble the feta into small pieces with a fork. Stir the feta into the lamb`s lettuce mixture and mix with olive oil to the desired consistency.
- Sufficient for approx. 500 grams of pasta.
