Ingredients

  • 1 apple, preferably red-skinned
  • 2 tablespoon walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 6 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoon broth
  • 4 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled honey, liquid
  • some pepper, from the mill
  • some pepper, roughly mashed
  • Pinch salt
  • 400 g lamb`s lettuce, cleaned and washed well
  • possibly apple slices

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cream, broth, vinegar, oil and honey together well with a whisk, season with salt and pepper. Cored the apple, but grate it unpeeled and add it. Mix everything well.
  2. Arrange the lamb`s lettuce on 4 plates and drizzle the sauce over them. Scatter the walnuts and red pepper over the top.
  3. If you like, you can garnish with a few thin apple slices.
