Ingredients
- 1 apple, preferably red-skinned
- 2 tablespoon walnuts, roughly chopped
- 6 tablespoon heavy cream
- 4 tablespoon broth
- 4 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 1 teaspoon, leveled honey, liquid
- some pepper, from the mill
- some pepper, roughly mashed
- Pinch salt
- 400 g lamb`s lettuce, cleaned and washed well
- possibly apple slices

- In a bowl, mix the cream, broth, vinegar, oil and honey together well with a whisk, season with salt and pepper. Cored the apple, but grate it unpeeled and add it. Mix everything well.
- Arrange the lamb`s lettuce on 4 plates and drizzle the sauce over them. Scatter the walnuts and red pepper over the top.
- If you like, you can garnish with a few thin apple slices.
