Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls lamb`s lettuce
  • 6 cherry tomato (s)
  • 2 tablespoon pine nuts
  • 2 tablespoon bacon
  • olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon herbs Provence

Instructions

  1. Divide the lamb`s lettuce on two plates and place the halved cocktail tomatoes on top.
  2. Roast the pine nuts without fat until they have a nice color and then fry the bacon.
  3. For the dressing, mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper, a pinch of sugar, a teaspoon of mustard and 1 teaspoon of Provence herbs.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with bacon and pine nuts.
