Ingredients
- 200 g lamb`s lettuce
- 3 scoops beetroot, pre-cooked, shrink-wrapped
- 1 large apple
- sunflower seeds
- Pumpkin seeds
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ honey
- some water
- some lemon juice
- some salt and pepper

- Wash the lamb`s lettuce and let it drain well.
- Cut both the beetroot and the apple into pieces, slices, cubes or whatever else you can think of and put everything aside.
- For the dressing mix the olive oil (if you like, you can also use a little more oil - I just always prefer it when it`s not that oily), the mustard and honey in a bowl and then add some water, until the dressing has a good consistency. Now add a little lemon juice to the dressing and season it with salt and pepper.
- Finally, you lift the lamb`s lettuce, beetroot and apple under the dressing and arrange the salad on a plate. If you like, you can sprinkle sunflower and / or pumpkin seeds on top as the icing on the cake.
