Ingredients
- 150 g lamb`s lettuce
- 150 g cheese, rated (e.. Emmentaler)
- 150 g potato (s), waxy
- 1 egg (s), possibly more
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 pack ready mix, (salad herbs or salad fix)

- First cook the 2-3 small, waxy potatoes on the stove and boil the egg or the eggs in the pot or egg cooker until hard.
- In a salad bowl, mix the salad herbs (if you like, e.g. with paprika or dill) with the water, oil and sour cream to make a dressing. Season to taste with vinegar (I like it a little bitter). Wash the lamb`s lettuce in water, shake dry and add to the bowl with the dressing. Then add the grated cheese. The eggs and potatoes should now be ready. Peel or peel both and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- The salad tastes best when you add the eggs and potatoes while they are still warm and serve directly. In the lamb`s lettuce season we like to eat it prepared like this for dinner.
