Ingredients
- 100 g lamb`s lettuce
- 2 egg (s)
- 200 g trout fillet (s), smoked
- 2 onion (s), red
- 3 tablespoon vinegar, -4 (white wine)
- 1 teaspoon mustard, -2
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 5 tablespoon oil, - 7 (sunflower oil)

- Boil the eggs until they are waxy, peel them and cut them into sixths.
- Clean the lamb`s lettuce, cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces and cut the onions into fine rings.
- Mix vinegar with mustard, salt, pepper and sugar, slowly pour in the oil and whisk everything well.
- Arrange the salad on a platter, drizzle with the vinaigrette and spread the eggs, pieces of fish and onion rings over it.
