Ingredients

  • 100 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 1 grapefruit (s), pink
  • 1 orange (s)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon oil (walnut oil)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup, alternatively honey
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, preferably older, e.g. with curry
  • salt and pepper
  • 25 pine nuts

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lamb`s lettuce, fillet the citrus fruits and catch the juice. To cut in pieces.
  2. Mix 4 tablespoons of fruit juice with the oils and maple syrup to make a dressing, season with salt and pepper and mix with the salad in a bowl. Roast pine nuts without fat in a frying pan and sprinkle over them.
  3. It goes very well with fried salmon and baguette.
