Ingredients

  • 200 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 250 g fi (s), fresh
  • 200 g mozzarella, (45% fat in dry matter)
  • 200 ml wine, white, semi-dry
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar - essence (5%)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil, cold-pressed
  • Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and drain the lamb`s lettuce. Wash the figs, pat dry and cut into eighths.
  2. Drain the mozzarella and cut into thin slices. Arrange lamb`s lettuce, figs and mozzarella together on 4 plates.
  3. For the sauce, put the wine together with the vinegar essence, salt, pepper, sugar and mustard in a bowl and mix everything together well. Beat the oil into the mixture and pour the sauce over the salad portions.
