Ingredients
- 100 g lamb`s lettuce
- 250 g cocktail tomatoes
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 200 g fresh oat cheese thaler
- Flour
- 1 egg (s)
- breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Clean and wash the lamb`s lettuce. Halve the tomatoes. Quarter the cucumber lengthways and cut into pieces. Put the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber in a bowl.
- Make a dressing from mustard, honey, vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the salad. Divide the salad on 2 plates.
- Turn the goat cream cheese first in flour, then in the beaten egg and finally well in the breadcrumbs and press down a little. Fry the breaded fresh goat cheese in olive oil over medium heat until crispy and drain on kitchen paper. Then arrange on the salad.
- Fresh baguette tastes good with it.
