Ingredients

  • 500 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 150 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 3 tablespoon pine nuts
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar Modena
  • salt and pepper
  • some butter

Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce thoroughly, clean and spin dry. Distribute on 4 plates.
  2. Brush the mushrooms clean and cut into slices. Heat a little butter and fry the mushrooms in it for a few minutes, season with salt and pepper. Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat.
  3. Beat the oil with balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Just before serving, add the mushrooms and pine nuts to the lamb`s lettuce and drizzle everything with the dressing.
