  • 100 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Peel and fillet the oranges. Clean the lamb`s lettuce.
  2. Prepare a marinade from oil, lemon juice, diced onion, herb salt, pepper and cream.
  3. Mix the lamb`s lettuce with the orange fillets and the marinade. Serve sprinkled with chopped walnuts.
