- 125 g lamb`s lettuce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (fruit vinegar)
- salt and pepper
- sugar
- 2 tablespoon oil (safflower oil or nut oil)
- 0.5 ½ bunch dill or dried dill
- 2 pear (s) (300 g)
- 100 g camembert (s)

- Wash, clean and dry the lamb`s lettuce. Beat the vinegar, spices and oil with the whisk and add the dill.
- Wash, quarter, core and cut the pears crosswise into slices. Pour the sauce on the pears. Dice the camembert and mix with the lamb`s lettuce, pears and sauce.
- Use 30% camembert and sweetener as a diet dinner. As a starter it is enough for 4 people, as a dinner for two.
