Ingredients
- 2 handfuls lamb`s lettuce
- 4 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
- 0.5 ½ orange (s)
- 2 tablespoon almond flakes
For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoon pomegranate cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon walnut oil
- Salt and pepper
- sugar
- 1 tablespoon herbs your choice

- Clean and wash the lamb`s lettuce. Peel and fillet or cut the orange. Roast the almonds in a pan without fat. Stir the dressing together and season to taste.
- Mix the lamb`s lettuce and dressing, place on plates or in bowls. Scatter pomegranate seeds, orange and almonds on top. Serve fresh.
