Ingredients

  • 300 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 2 potatoes, preferably floury ones
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Dill tips, dried

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the lamb`s lettuce well. Cook the potatoes and let them cool down a little. You can of course also take some that are left over from the day before. Mash with a fork.
  2. Mix the mashed potatoes well in a bowl with oil, lemon juice, salt, spices and dill and season to taste. Cut the onion into fine cubes and mix in.
  3. Finally add the lamb`s lettuce and mix carefully with the potato dressing.
