Ingredients

  • 200 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 10 cherry tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • Salt and pepper, more colorful from the mill

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, dice it finely and mix it in a bowl with the apple cider vinegar, a little salt and a few turns of the mixed pepper from the mill. Then withhold the rapeseed oil.
  2. Wash, clean and spin dry the lamb`s lettuce. Rinse the tomatoes and cut them in half. Add both to the vinaigrette in the bowl and mix everything together.
