Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 125 g suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 125 g butter

For the filling:

  • 3 egg (s), separated
  • 140 g suar
  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 40 ml amaretto
  • 1 point pudding powder, almond flavor
  • 3 apples, peeled, pitted, diced
  • 4 tablespoon amaretto

Instructions

  1. Let the apples steep in the 4 tablespoons of amaretto.
  2. Make a kneading dough from the ingredients for the dough. Line the base and approx. 2 cm edge of a greased springform pan with 2/3 of the dough. Chill the rest. Pre-bake at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes.
