Ingredients

  • 200 g nouat cream
  • 12 rusks
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 120 g walnuts
  • 400 g cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 glass cherry (s) (sour cherries)
  • 1 pack cake topping

Instructions

  1. 1st layer: grind the rusks. Heat the nougat cream and mix with the rusks. Place a cake ring without a base on a cake plate and use a spoon to press the nougat into the ring. It is best to let the mass solidify overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. 2nd layer: Whip the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and milk until creamy and place on the base.
  3. 3rd layer: Cut the walnuts into flakes and sprinkle them on the cream cheese.
  4. 4th layer: whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff (add a little cream stiffener if necessary) and pour onto the walnuts.
  5. 5th layer: Drain the sour cherries and add them to the cream. Prepare the icing according to the package instructions and pour over the cherries.
  6. Serve the cake cold.
