- 250 g mascarpone

- 2 packs biscuit (s), (chocolate cookies)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar

- Whip the whipped cream until stiff. Prepare a cream from quark, mascarpone and sugar and fold in the whipped cream. The cookies crumble.
- Put half of the grapes in a large bowl. Spread half of the cream on top. Sprinkle half of the cookies on the cream. Then layer everything again in the same order.
