On Maslenitsa I wanted to make something unusual from pancakes – I found a recipe for “fake” khachapuri on the Internet. This time I bought ready-made pancakes. Khachapuri turned out to be unusual, fast and tasty.
Ingredients
Thin pancakes (according to any recipe; or ready-made) – 3 pcs.
Eggs – 3 pcs.
Hard cheese – 100 g
Bryndza or feta cheese – 150 g
Fresh parsley – 1/2 bunch
Directions
Grate hard cheese and mix with crumbled feta or feta cheese. Add chopped parsley and mix well.
Turn on the oven – preheat to 180 degrees. Put the pancakes on a baking sheet. Place 1/3 of the filling on each pancake, make a depression in the cheese mass.
Pour the egg into the well.
Wrap the edges of the pancakes inward on four sides. Bake the “fake” khachapuri in the oven for about 5 minutes, so that the protein is baked and the yolk is still slightly liquid. Serve the pancake khachapuri hot.
