  • Chicken fillet – 450 g
  • White cabbage – 150 g
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Oatmeal flakes – 45 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp
  • Fresh dill – 2-3 branches
  • Fresh parsley – 2-3 sprigs
  • Green onion – 2-3 feathers
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

For the sauce:

  • Sour cream – 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup or tomato paste – 1 tbsp
  • Water – 100 ml

  1. We prepare products for making lazy cabbage rolls with chicken and oatmeal.

  2. Peel the carrots and onions and cut them into random pieces. We also cut the cabbage into arbitrary pieces.
  3. Wash the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces.
  4. We pass chicken fillet, carrots, onions and cabbage through a meat grinder
  5. Grind the greens.
  6. Add greens to minced meat with vegetables. We also send oatmeal and an egg there. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
