Ingredients

  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 100 g lettuce, mixed
  • 6 slice / s baguette (s)
  • 4 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the apple cider vinegar, water, salt, pepper and 4 tablespoons of oil in a jar and shake well. Clean, wash and thinly slice or slice the radishes. Mix with the vinaigrette. Wash the lettuce and spin dry.
  2. Cut the bread slices into 2 cm cubes. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in the pan. Roast the bread cubes all around until golden and then place on a plate.
