Ingredients

  • 1 head oak leaf lettuce
  • 1 head Lollo Bianco
  • 0.5 ½ orange (s)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, orange and honey
  • 3 tablespoon oil, (peanut oil)
  • 1 ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • 30 g walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut off the stalk from the lettuce and wash it well, possibly picking it apart. Spin the lettuce dry in a salad spinner.
  2. Squeeze the juice out of half an orange and mix it with the other ingredients and some water to make a dressing and season to taste. Just before serving, mix the dressing and the chopped walnuts into the salad.
