  1. Puree low-fat quark, frozen fruits, honey and milk with a hand blender or in a blender.
  2. Thanks to the lean quark, the shake is rich in protein, if you omit the honey, even low-carb.
  3. 62 carbohydrates with honey and 37.5 without honey.
