Ingredients

  • 5 large onion (s), cut into rings
  • 2 cloves garlic, Chinese
  • 400 g chicken liver (s), cleaned in strips
  • 2 large apples, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce, dark
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, dark
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili powder, paprika powder, hot pink
  • Olive oil / sunflower oil
  • Farmer`s bread (s), sliced

Instructions

  1. The onion rings with the garlic slices in a wide pan
  2. Fry vigorously in oil, push aside, add the liver strips,
  3. continue to fry.
  4. Season with soy sauce, pepper, salt, chilli powder and paprika, always turning well, add the apple slices and the balsamic vinegar shortly before the end and you`re done!
  5. Served on farmer`s bread, with a balsamic beetroot salad
  6. I can imagine that a shot of red wine would also go well.
  7. The whole thing took about 30 minutes to clean, chop and sizzle.
