Ingredients

  • 500 g meat loaf, cut into 3 mm thin slices
  • 2 large zucchini
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 100 g mozzarella
  • 200 g Emmentaler, rated
  • Basil, fresh
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini lengthways into approx. 3 mm thin strips. Line a greased baking dish with zucchini strips and season with salt and pepper. Scatter grated cheese on top and cover with the meat loaf. Repeat this process and finish with zucchini. Place the tomato and mozzarella slices on the last layer of zucchini.
  2. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle fresh basil leaves on top before serving.
