  • 0.5 ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 50 g bacon cubes
  • 3 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Halve the leek lengthways and cut into fine slices. Briefly fry the bacon in hot oil. Add the leek and fry for 2 minutes. Add the creme fraîche and let it melt. Season with pepper to taste. Now beat the eggs into the pan and stir-fry until they are set.
  2. Fresh bread rolls taste good with it.
