  • 150 g smoked meat, lean ham or smoked pork, diced
  • 250 g sour cream, 10%
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 150 g cheese, rated your choice
  • salt and pepper
  • Caraway

Instructions

  1. Make a dough from the first 4 ingredients, add a little water if necessary, roll out, place in a springform pan and pull up one edge.
  2. Clean the leek, cut into rings. Dice the smoked meat, put in a saucepan, add a little water and bring to the boil, add the leek and simmer for about 5 minutes until the water has boiled off, then put everything in the springform pan.
  3. Make a sauce from eggs, sour cream, cheese, salt, pepper and caraway seeds and pour over the leek.
  4. Bake at 190 ° for approx. 30-40 minutes.
