- 800 g leeks
- 8 slices ham
- 2 dl sour cream
- 1 dl cream
- 50 g cheese, rated
- salt and pepper
- 50 g cheese, rated
- nutmeg

- Prepare the leek, cut in half lengthways, wash, cut into 10 cm long pieces, blanch for 2 minutes.
- Spread the blanched leek on the ham slices, roll up and put in a gratin dish.
