Ingredients

  • 5 leeks (alternatively 1000 grams frozen)
  • 2 large onions
  • g 1,000 minced meat or minced meat (beef or pork as desired)
  • 400 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 1 ½ liter vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in a large saucepan. Season only a little. Cut the leek and onions into small rings and add. Fry briefly. Top up with the broth. Bring to the boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Then chop up the processed cheese and add it to the soup. Stir well so that the cheese dissolves well. If necessary, season a little more with salt / pepper. Heat again briefly. Finished.
