Ingredients

  • 4 m. Leek stick (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 400 g minced meat (minced meat)
  • 1 gr. can tomato (s) (850 ml)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Cut the cleaned and washed leek sticks into 2 - 3 equal pieces. Cook in salted water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Then add the pressed garlic and sweat briefly. Add the tomatoes, chop them up a little and bring to the boil. Drain the leek, add to the mince and let everything simmer again for about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Mashed potatoes tastes good with it.
