Ingredients

  • 2 leeks
  • 2 pear (s), firm
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon honey, mild
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon thyme, leaves, chopped (or /2 teaspoon dried thyme)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the leek and cut diagonally into pieces approx. 2 cm wide. Peel, quarter and core the pears and cut into approx. 2 cm wide wedges. Drizzle with the lemon juice.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the honey and let it froth. Add the leek and pears and sauté for about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the vegetable stock and cook everything covered for about 4 minutes. Mix in the thyme and serve.
