Lemon-Apple Cocktail

A pleasant, refreshing cocktail, to which, if desired, you can add chilled aromatic tea.
Ingredients
- Lemon – 1 pc.
- Bitter (bitter tincture) “Angostura” – 3-5 drops
- Chilled tea with raspberry or orange aroma (or black aromatic tea Assam), optional – 50 ml (3 tablespoon. L.)
- Apple juice without sugar – 25 ml (1.5 tablespoon. L.)
- Ginger Ale or Lemonade – 120 ml
Directions
- Peel the lemon in one long strip and place in a tall, chilled glass.
- Add a few drops of Angostura to the glass. Pour tea (if using) into a shaker and add apple juice. Mix for 20 seconds.
- Strain the lemon-apple shake into the prepared glass and top up with cold ale or lemonade.
