Lemon-Apple Cocktail Ingredients

  • Lemon – 1 pc.
  • Bitter (bitter tincture) “Angostura” – 3-5 drops
  • Chilled tea with raspberry or orange aroma (or black aromatic tea Assam), optional – 50 ml (3 tablespoon. L.)
  • Apple juice without sugar – 25 ml (1.5 tablespoon. L.)
  • Ginger Ale or Lemonade – 120 ml

Lemon-Apple Cocktail Instructions

  1. Peel the lemon in one long strip and place in a tall, chilled glass.
  2. Add a few drops of Angostura to the glass. Pour tea (if using) into a shaker and add apple juice. Mix for 20 seconds.
  3. Strain the lemon-apple shake into the prepared glass and top up with cold ale or lemonade.
