Ingredients

  • 20 g pine nuts
  • 1 bunch lemon balm, leaves torn off
  • 20 g parmesan, rated
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt
  • possibly sugar

Instructions

  1. Roast the pine nuts until golden brown and leave to cool. Then puree together with the other ingredients in a blender. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and possibly a little sugar.
