  • 1 lemon (s), the zest it
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 75 g crème fraîche
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • possibly Nutella or jam as a filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Mix butter with sugar and lemon zest until frothy.
  3. Sift in the flour and baking soda and stir in with the creme fraiche and milk.
  4. Shape the dough into 8 balls or small flatbreads, on the center of which you put a teaspoon of Nutella or jam and then seal the dough over it.
  5. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
