Ingredients
- 250 g butter, room temperature
- 180 g suar
- 1 point vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 lemon (s), untreated
- 5 medium egg (s)
- 150 ml buttermilk, (fruit buttermilk lemon)
- 375 grams flour
- 1 point baking powder
- 2 tablespoon powdered sugar

- Rub the lemon peel and set aside.
- Mix the butter, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and the grated zest until frothy. Stir in eggs one at a time. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in alternately with the buttermilk.
- Grease the baking pan and pour in the batter. Bake at 175 ° for about 50 minutes. Let a little cool down in the tin, turn it out and then let it cool down completely.
- Sprinkle icing sugar over it.
