Lemon Cookies Ingredients

  • Flour – 375 Gram
  • Sugar – 1 Glass
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Lemon juice – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Lemon zest – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Butter – 200 Grams
  • Salt – To taste

Lemon Cookies Instructions

  1. In a separate bowl, combine the sifted flour, salt and baking powder. Beat sugar, lemon zest and softened butter in a mixer or blender for about 1 minute.
  2. Add eggs one by one to the butter-sugar mixture, beating without stopping. Add lemon juice. Pour flour into a blender in a thin stream and stir at low speed.
  3. If you have an ice cream spoon, it is convenient to use it. But if not, an ordinary spoon will do fine. Take the dough with a spoon and spread it on a sheet away from each other.

  4. Crush each cookie by hand and shape it into a small cake. Sprinkle sugar over each cake and sprinkle with water. Sprinkle the cookies with sugar again
  5. Put a sheet of cookies in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Cookies are baked for 15 minutes.
