Ingredients
- 1 liter water, hot
- 4 bags tea, black
- 8 tablespoon sugar, brown
- some ginger
- 3 lime (s)
- 1 lemon (s)
- 0.4 liters apple juice

- Pour the tea on the hot water and let it steep for 5 minutes. Add the cane sugar.
- Squeeze the lemon and add it to the tea. Squeeze 1 lime and add to the tea with the rest of the limes. Add the apple juice and the lemon and lime juice.
- Peel the ginger and add it to the tea, cut into small pieces. Let the tea steep for 2 hours. Then sift out the ginger and citrus fruits. Chill the tea. Enjoy cold.
