Lemon Kefir Cookies

Delicious and delicate homemade cookies that will decorate any tea party. It is very simple to prepare, take note of the recipe!

Ingredients
- Kefir – 120 Grams
- Butter – 100 grams
- Sugar – 100 Grams (and a little more for the filling)
- Soda – 0.5 Teaspoons
- Salt – 0.5 Teaspoons
- Vegetable oil – 1-2 tbsp
- Flour – 300 Grams
- Lemon – 1 Piece (zest)
Directions
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Combine soft butter and sugar. Grind everything with a fork until smooth.
- Add kefir, salt and soda.
- Stir and add flour in portions.
- Knead a soft and elastic dough that does not stick to your hands.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle 2-3 mm thick. on an oiled surface. Brush the dough with vegetable oil, sprinkle with sugar to taste and lemon zest.
- Roll the layer into a roll and pinch at the seam.
- Cut the roll into pieces, 2-3 cm wide and transfer the blanks to a baking sheet covered with parchment. On top of each roll, press a little with your hands. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until lightly browned.
- Kefir lemon cookies are ready.
