• 6 lemon (s) organic, squeezed (use the juice elsewhere)
• 500 g rock candy
• 700 ml vodka

Instructions

1. Put the squeezed organic lemons and the rock sugar in a sufficiently large container. Top up with vodka until everything is covered. Let the mixture steep for at least 3 months, then strain and fill into bottles. The longer the liqueur matures, the better it tastes.
2. This recipe is expressly intended to use leftover organic lemons, the juice is not required.
