Ingredients

  • 250 g yourt
  • 40 grams sugar
  • 40 ml lemon juice / lime juice
  • some lemon peel, grated (only the yellow)
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 5 g elatin powder

Instructions

  1. Whip the whipped cream.
  2. Soak gelatin in cold water, then squeeze, heat - dissolve.
  3. Mix the yogurt with sugar and juice.
  4. Mix all masses carefully. Fill into jars or bowls and allow to solidify a little in the refrigerator.
