Instructions

  1. Put lemon zest, juice with meat in a liter measure, fill up to 500 ml with water,
  2. Remove 0.5 cup and dissolve sugar and salt + cornstarch in it and stir it into the boiling liquid, let it boil for 2 minutes.
  3. Attention! bubbles very strongly, risk of injury!
  4. Pour into a plate rinsed with water.
  5. A pleasure hot or cold.
