Ingredients

  • 250 g basmati or jasmine rice
  • 4 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled cinnamon
  • salt
  • Lemon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice with a little salt according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, toast the sunflower seeds in a coated pan without fat.
  2. Then add the juice of half a lemon, the sunflower seeds, the cinnamon and the lemon pepper to the finished rice and mix everything well.
  3. Tastes delicious with exotic, fruity dishes.
