Ingredients
- 1 lemon (s)
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion (s), red
- 1 bunch parsley, smooth
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ walnut oil, toasted
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup, honey or cane sugar

- Squeeze the juice of one lemon and place in a bowl. Add mustard. Add pepper and salt to taste and squeeze in garlic. Finely dice the onion. Then finely chop the flat-leaf parsley.
- Now add the two oils, stirring constantly. Finally, finish off the salad dressing with the onions and parsley.
