Ingredients

  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ walnut oil, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup, honey or cane sugar

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the juice of one lemon and place in a bowl. Add mustard. Add pepper and salt to taste and squeeze in garlic. Finely dice the onion. Then finely chop the flat-leaf parsley.
  2. Now add the two oils, stirring constantly. Finally, finish off the salad dressing with the onions and parsley.
