Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vinegar

  • 1 pinch lemon peel, finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 tablespoon water
  • 1 small onion (s), chopped and finely diced
  • 2 tablespoon herbs, fresh, chopped
  • sugar
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and season to taste. I like to use a small whisk or a shaker so that even the little sugar dissolves well.
