Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 1 box cress

For the marinade:

  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the lettuce and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Peel and slice the cucumber. Wash the bell pepper, remove the core and cut into narrow strips. Finely cut the cress with scissors and wash. Mix all the salad ingredients.
  2. For the marinade, mix well the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar and season to taste. Pour over the salad ingredients.
