Lettuce with Dill Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 lettuce (s)
• 1 bunch radishes
• Cherry tomato (s) for decoration

For the sauce:

• 125 g sour cream
• 2 tablespoon vinegar or balsamic vinegar
• 1 teaspoon mustard (herb mustard)
• 1 teaspoon agave syrup or honey
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ herbal salt
• 1 small onion (s)
• 2 tablespoon dill, finely chopped or dried

Instructions

1. Wash the lettuce thoroughly, tear it into smaller pieces and drain in a colander. For the sauce, mix the sour cream with the remaining ingredients and season to taste.
2. Put the salad in a bowl or on a plate. Pour the salad dressing over it. Cut the washed radishes into slices, quarters or eighths and sprinkle on top. If you like, you can also use cherry tomatoes for decoration.
