Lettuce with Sweet Yogurt Dressing

• 300 g yourt
• 3 lemon (s)
• 3 tablespoon sugar, more or less to taste
• 1 head lettuce, (lettuce)

Instructions

1. Thoroughly clean the lettuce and let it drain or spin dry.
2. Mix 300 g (2 cups) yoghurt with the juice of 3 lemons in a bowl.
3. Now gradually stir in the sugar. Always season to taste in between until you have the desired ratio of sweetness and acidity.
4. Cut the lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces, mix with the dressing and serve immediately.
