- 500 ml buttermilk
- 4 tablespoon syrup (caramel syrup)
- 1 bag vanilla sugar
- 2 lemon (s) (juice it)
- Sugar to taste

- Mix the buttermilk with lemon juice, caramel syrup and vanilla sugar well, sweeten with sugar to taste. Prepare in the ice cream maker (takes about 35-40 minutes).
- The ice cream becomes creamier with cream - then of course it is no longer that light.
