  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 4 tablespoon syrup (caramel syrup)
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • 2 lemon (s) (juice it)
  • Sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the buttermilk with lemon juice, caramel syrup and vanilla sugar well, sweeten with sugar to taste. Prepare in the ice cream maker (takes about 35-40 minutes).
  2. The ice cream becomes creamier with cream - then of course it is no longer that light.
